DAY 1-2

We request from you (manufacturer):

  • Valid THIDA halal certificate (all SKUs)
  • Product ingredient lists (BOM) with supplier names
  • Product labels (Chinese + English)
  • Production process flowchart
  • Factory layout diagram
  • GMP/HACCP/ISO certificates (if available)

We request from your importer:

  • Company NIB (Business Identification Number)
  • SIHALAL portal access confirmation
  • Warehouse name, address, ownership status
  • Intended HS codes for import
DAY 3-5

Analysis & Gap Detection

Imteyaz (Technical) runs AI-powered gap analysis
  • Every ingredient scanned against our 334-entry halal E-code database
  • AI vision system reads your Chinese labels for accuracy
  • HS code verification and mapping
  • Product name comparison: THIDA cert vs. label vs. SIHALAL submission
  • Certificate validity check (≥30 days remaining required)
If we find risk ingredients (E471, gelatin, L-cysteine, etc.) we notify you immediately with specific supplier documentation requirements.
DAY 6-8

Gap Closure & Communication

Ahmad (in Mandarin) contacts your team
  • Request missing supplier halal certificates
  • Coordinate THIDA equivalence letter if product names don't match
  • Confirm HS codes with your importer's customs broker
  • Arrange English translations for non-English documents
DAY 9-10

Technical Review & Sign-Off

Kamran Raza (Technical Reviewer) conducts QA
  • Ingredient-by-ingredient halal compliance verification
  • Cross-contamination risk assessment
  • Certificate scope alignment check
  • Label placement guidance for BPJPH halal logo
  • Final QA sign-off on the complete dossier
Release Gate: Dossier is NOT released if HS code is unverified, names don't match, risk ingredients lack supplier certs, or certificate has <30 days remaining.
DAY 11-14

Dossier Delivery & Importer Handoff

Full team — delivery call with you and your importer
  • Complete submission-ready PDF dossier delivered
  • Step-by-step SIHALAL submission checklist for your importer
  • Video call walkthrough of every document
  • Deadline coaching: 5-day BPJPH correction window + 10-day payment window
  • Malaysia JAKIM label pack (if ASEAN tier)
  • Singapore MUIS endorsement prep (if ASEAN tier)
